
Job Description
Job Duties:
- Identify possible New Legals by correctly distinguishing some key factors of a consumer’s eligibility:
- Call to verify current Employment.
- Pull reports as outlined in our Policies and Procedures.
- Completing Legal form and turn over to Recovery Services.
- Prepare and process legal documents and papers, such as summonses, complaints, appeals, motions, and pretrial agreements.
- Complete Affidavit & Military Report for the Court.
- Mail, fax, or arrange for delivery of legal correspondence to court officials, constables, and/or consumers.
- Maintains consumer confidence by keeping the consumers information confidential.
- Able to speak with consumer in a court setting.
- Will be required to present our case in front of a Judge.
- Provide historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions; documenting and maintaining evidence.
- Receive incoming Recovery Services calls and be able to provide excellent Customer Service to our customers.

Job Skill Preferences:
